how do i use it?

The Balms

The Scrub 
The scrub is a powder — keep the jar level. Do not add water to the jar. Do not grab the powder with wet hands. Water in the product may cause mold.  

Use it 2–3 times per week in the shower. Before entering the shower, add a pinch of powder to your palm with dry hands. Then mix it with water in your palm and scrub your face for 1–2 minutes. We do not recommend bringing it inside the shower.
