Washing face/cleanser
We don't recommend washing the face and using a cleanser in general as little as possible. Many people overwash their skin, and the skin responds to the following dryness with an overproduction of oils. This clogs the pores and causes more acne and bad skin. If you shower like a regular person, that's more than enough. And use the scrub three times per week in the shower.
MAKE-UP
We recommend using as little make-up as possible. It is not good for your skin and hormones. If used, try to find a natural solution. For washing off the make-up, opt for a natural and gentle solution. Many customers are using the 6-in-1 as make-up remover. Also extra virgin olive oil can be used. Don’t use cleansers or face washes.
