If you shower like a regular person, that's more than enough. And use the scrub three times per week in the shower.
MAKE-UP
We recommend using as little make-up as possible. It is not good for your skin and hormones. If used, try to find a natural solution. For washing off the make-up, opt for a natural and gentle solution. Many customers are using the 6-in-1 as make-up remover. Also extra virgin olive oil can be used. Donβt use cleansers or face washes.
