How do I join the Affiliate Program?
You can apply to our Affiliate Program by filling out the application form available on our website. We review all applications to ensure alignment with our brand standards.
Who’s eligible to join the Affiliate Program?
To be eligible, you must have a public account and be based in the US, Europe, Australia, or Canada, with an audience primarily located in those regions.

Our affiliate program runs through Social Snowball. Registration is mandatory, as it’s how you’ll get your referral link, track commissions, get paid and claim rewards.Need help? Check out the quick-start guide
When will I know if I’m accepted?
You will typically hear back within one week.
I was not accepted and would like my profile reviewed again.
If your application was not accepted, it is generally because your profile did not meet our program metrics at this time. If you would still like us to manually review your profile, you may contact us by email. Please note that manual reviews may take some time.
How much commission can I earn?
Commission rates vary depending on the program you are enrolled in.
When and how do I get paid?
Commissions are paid out on a biweekly basis. A minimum payout threshold of $100 USD must be met before funds are released.
Orders go through a standard 30-day verification period to ensure they are not canceled or refunded. After that, any qualifying commissions are approved and become eligible for payout.
What payment methods are available?
We use Tremendous as our payout platform, and at the moment it’s the only option we have available. With Tremendous you can choose how to redeem your payout:
- No fees on gift cards, Visa virtual cards, or charity redemptions.
- 4% fee if you choose bank transfer, PayPal, or Venmo.
- 3% processing fee when funding payouts with a credit card.
I would like to be paid via PayPal or bank transfer.
At this time, Tremendous is our only available payout option, and we are not currently making any changes to this process.
Do I get free products?
Yes. Qualified affiliates receive full-size products, not samples, so they can create authentic, high-quality content.
I was accepted, but my complimentary product is not available yet.
In some cases, it can take 24 to 48 hours for the system to enable your complimentary product. If it is still not available after that time, please contact Maria for assistance.
How will I receive my product?
Once you receive the email notifying you that your complimentary product has been enabled, you will need to log in to your Social Snowball dashboard and click “Claim Gift.” Our guide explains where to find this option.
You will enter your shipping information yourself, which helps keep the process secure for each creator. Once submitted, your product will be sent automatically, with no further action needed from our team.
Can I run paid ads using your brand name?
Affiliates are generally restricted from bidding on our brand name or trademarked terms in paid search campaigns.
Is it mandatory to post content within 7 days of receiving the products?
Yes, we ask affiliates to post within 7 days of receiving their Frøya Organics products. This keeps the partnership active and lets you share early results, many of our products show visible effects within the first week.
I would like to modify my code.
We use SafeLinks to help prevent fraud. For that reason, affiliate codes cannot be modified manually.
I ran out of products and would like to receive another one.
If you have run out of product and would like to continue promoting it, you must reach a minimum commission threshold before becoming eligible to claim a second product. Please contact Maria so we can review whether you qualify.
Where can I track my performance?
You can monitor your clicks, conversions, and commission earnings in real-time by logging into Social Snowball.
My commission is not showing.
Commissions tracked through your affiliate link may take a few days to appear in your dashboard.
A friend, family member, or contact placed an order and I don’t see it reflected. Can it be added manually if I share the order number?
No. We do not manually attribute referrals after a purchase has been completed. If your contact did not use your affiliate link at checkout, we are unable to assign that order to your account afterward.
How do I know you saw that I mentioned the brand on stories or feed?
We highly recommend linking your Instagram account to your Social Snowball dashboard so we can monitor your mentions. Without proper tracking, we may not be able to enable commission payouts.
My account was blocked.
Accounts may be blocked if there is a potential fraud risk. If you believe this was a mistake, please contact us by email so we can review and restore your account if appropriate. Please note that we may request additional authentication measures to verify that everything is legitimate.
