I LOVE this balm!!! My journey with this company was first based on skepticism. I am a frugal man and didn’t believe I should pay so much for something new and unknown to me. I love this product and order often. However, my most recent purchase was a disappointment, and further customer service was a disappointment. The order came with older tins. Which I wouldn’t have questioned if it wasn’t for the day balm being a completely different color, texture, and smell. When I inquired about it, they assured me that it was due to the season of the ingredients and the heat. I asked for an exchange, because it’s not the same product that I’ve used over and over, but they just continued to assure me it was the same product. I won’t be using this order on my face, and for the price, it’s super frustrating that they weren’t willing to make an exchange!

Bought the ritual, won't buy more. While I didn't have any bad reactions to it, I have problems with the quality. The Wrinkle & Dark Circle has hard granules in it, especially nearer the bottom of the tub. I also find the balm texture (of both night and day, but mostly 6in1 Daily Glow) difficult to spread or rub in. I don't like to rub so hard, especially around my eyes, but it leaves orangey streaks if you don't thin it. Lastly, the powdered scrub is in the exact same size tub as the balms with a similar lid color to night balm; I opened the wrong one in low light and lost half the scrub down the sink.... Clearly my fault, but packaging a powder in an open top tub is not ideal. It's also a challenge to keep your "pinch of powder" dry while getting the shower ready and getting in, then mixing in your palm to scrub your face! I saw slight improvement in wrinkles, no change to dark circles. It's been about 3 months and the balms are about 3/4 gone, but the granules may prevent using it all.
